Lisa Hall Design
Graphic Design & Communications Services
From 2005 to 2009, I worked for nonprofit organizations in Washington, DC as a communications professional. I served as the in-house designer, creating print materials such as annual reports, brochures and flyers. I was also responsible for managing the website, email marketing campaigns and social media sites. This role provided me with an understanding of the importance of branding and integrating messages among print and online communications sources.
In 2009, I moved to Annapolis, MD and became a freelance graphic designer. Working with more than 20 clients, I specialize in the design of print materials and email marketing campaigns.
Fun Facts
From 1995 to 1997, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, West Africa. Living in a mud hut and driving a motorcycle to surrounding villages, I worked as a health volunteer for Guinea Worm Eradication.
I have traveled to over 40 countries, volunteered at orphanages in Bolivia and India and lived in Australia.
I am also an artist who uses a mix of painting and illustration to create art for kids. Fun and educational, my art celebrates cultural diversity and I hope it inspires kids to learn about geography and our world.
